The Research Behind TouchPoints

TouchPoints are backed by real research — clinical trials, archival studies, and case reports — showing how BLAST® bilateral stimulation can support stress, attention, and everyday regulation.

Research setting

The studies below span controlled trials, archival data, and real-world use — different kinds of evidence, all pointing to the same effect: BLAST® bilateral stimulation can make a measurable difference.

What Families and Educators Are Saying

Real experiences from parents, teachers, and clinicians using TouchPoints every day.

Sensory & Regulation

“The boy she is fostering is non verbal and would hit himself. Since using these she can literally place them on him and see him calm before her eyes. It has been life changing.”

Terry J. — Beatrice, NE
Sensory & Regulation

“Thankfully my son was a scholarship recipient. These have been great in helping him feel calmer so that he is not over-stimulated by the school environment. His self-regulation has improved considerably!”

Wendy S. — Lakeside, AZ
ADHD

“Bought these for my 9 yr old who has ADHD and anxiety. The first day she wore them to school her teacher emailed us saying how wonderful her day was and that she was able to get organized with her work and start without the teacher's help. She also uses TouchPoints when her emotions get out of control and she needs to calm down. I've been recommending these to everyone.”

Lana A. — Minneapolis, MN
Autism & ADHD

“We are a school for children with Dyslexia, Autism and ADHD. Our students have been using TouchPoints and we see a big difference in their ability to focus and stay on task. Even processing speed seems to increase, helping our slower processors answer questions quicker.”

Christa M. — Newark, OH
Autism

“My 8 year old son has Autism and recently started using TouchPoints. The first time I handed them to him to get a feel for it, he literally started breathing deeper and relaxed into his seat. It was kind of amazing. I'm excited to continue to see how they will benefit my son.”

Candace G. — Poulsbo, WA
ADHD

“We were fortunate enough to get the scholarship program for my son with severe ADHD. These have been a godsend. He wears them a few times a day and it has reduced behaviors and anxiety related to his ADHD — they've even helped stop oncoming behaviors before they get a chance to start.”
